Shipping Options

We currently offer a range of shipping options. Based on your location and product weight, you may be eligible for very affordable shipping options such as First Class Mail (US) & First Class Mail International(Worldwide). But please be advised there is no tracking # for this option. Going for a Trackable shipping option is recommended for bigger purchases.

International Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping with charges calculated based on weight and destination during checkout.

Shipments to EU member countries will incur a "Value-Added Tax" (VAT tax), payable by the recipient upon delivery. This fee cannot be added at checkout, and customers are responsible for payment upon receipt. A Harmonization Number will be provided. Once shipped, the package is beyond our control. If returned due to unpaid VAT/Customs, the customer is responsible for reshipment, and no refunds will be issued.

While USPS estimates Priority Mail International delivery within 12-21 business days, customs delays may vary the delivery times. Due to customs-related challenges, some packages may take up to a month. Dreamscape Alley is not liable for these delays.

International orders are non-returnable, except for instances where Dreamscape Alley is at fault. For incorrect or damaged items, please email your order number and a photo for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations 

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of ordering or until the order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Although orders are processed as fast as possible, it's possible your order may ship before reaching the 48-hour mark. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if it's within the 48-hour timeframe.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dreamscapealley.com about your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost and Stolen Packages

We only reship items if notified within 30 days of delivery. This includes missing items. When we ship your box, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once your package is dropped off at USPS, it's the responsibility of the Postal Service and out of our hands.

If your package is showing as delivered, but you are not seeing your package, please double check your front porch, as well as check with your nearby neighbors, as your box may have accidentally been dropped off there.

If you don't get your package, please contact your local USPS before emailing. If they can confirm your package has been lost in writing, contact us, and we can set you up with a replacement.

For lost or stolen packages, if we have enough stock left over to replace your order, we will gladly do so!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
