Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we absolutely do. Worldwide shipping is based on weight. Some EU orders may have VAT payable upon delivery by customers. The Shipping time frame doesn't include customs delays. International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable except for Dreamscape Alley issues. 

Does the FREE SHIPPING offer apply everyone and everything?

  • We offer Free Shipping for orders over $60 in the US for all our products. We will update you right here if that ever changes
  • Currently we are unable to offer our Free Shipping deal to our international customers. We truly apologize, and hope to make this deal available for you in the future for select products. 

Does all your shipping options come with Tracking?

Based on your location and product weight, there are some cheaper shipping option that may not come with tracking #. We recommended choosing a shipping option with tracking option for your bigger purchases.

Why haven't I received my confirmation email?

I am very sorry to hear that you haven't received a confirmation email. If you haven't already, please be sure to double-check that the email didn't end up in your junk/spam or promotions folder. 

If you still aren't able to find it, please contact us at hello@dreamscapealley.com. Be sure to include your Order # while you placed the order or your first and last name

How long will the delivery take?

After order is placed, I try my best to get the packages prepped and ready to be shipped out. Usually I try to ship the orders out every week. So there is 3-5 Business days processing time.

Once it is shipped It will take around

  • 1-3 weeks for US Customers 
  • 4-6 weeks for International Customers

to receive their order and take around

How do I change my shipping address?

Please contact us at hello@dreamscapealley.com immediately with your order number and your new shipping address.

Although I cannot guarantee that I'll catch your order in time before its shipped, I will try my absolute best to make the requested changes.

Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, I no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

How do I check My Order Status?

Please click here to track your order.

You will need to wait till you have your tracking #. Shipping confirmation email is sent with your Tracking Number after packaging is done and I have shipped them.

Packaging time can vary but I am packing and shipping out your orders as fast as I can. So please bear with me
